Week 7 of SFF Soccer Cubs Spring Season has come and gone. Saturday we had another fantastic turn out for Cubs and Mr. Sun was on our backs from the get go. Coach Maria took charge and quickly got the attention of our smallest cubs (not always an easy job J ) and after some very important stretches lead the class into some fun games including Sky Scrapers and a very colorful obstacle course. A came of Traffic lights got everyone on their feet in their imaginary cars and coach Zapporah had the fun job of running around with a bubble gun at the end

  Over half way through our first season, where is the time going?! SFF Soccer Cubs started off Easter weekend with some fun soccer games. Out classes were a little light on number today with the holiday weekend – parents making the most of their kids time off school to take some vacation time but this did not stop the fun at SFF Soccer Cubs! Each of our three classes ran through as smoothly as always with lots of excited and energetic cubs showing off their soccer and fitness skills to our coaches. Today started off with some over cast skies but in true Loomis Field fashion the sun poked through the clouds and half was through Bear/Fox Cubs 10:15am class we were soaked in sunshine. Another fantastic turn out for our youngest cubs meant our coaches had lots of energetic kids on their hands. The class ran with lots of games and fun and ended with a birthday sing song for Donal who turned 2 on Saturday “Happy Birthday Donal”. After the unfortunate rain out last week, the sunshine was back and so too were our Cubs! Another day at Loomis Field was kicked off with our Fox and Bear Cubs at 10.15am, followed by our 3 year old Tigers and finished up as usual with our big Lion cubs. From the smiles and laughter we could tell that everyone was really happy that classes were back on track. All of our Cubs turned up kitted out in their SFF Soccer Cubs t-shirts and sports gear and were ready and willing to play some games! This week again shows us how quickly our
