Discount FAQs

Is there a discount for siblings?

If you are registering more than one child from the same family, we offer $30 off for the second child. Both children must be enrolled in the same season to receive the discount. The promo code can be found on the lower right hand side of this page or you can email us at info@sffsoccerjuniors.com to receive the code.

If one child is enrolled in Cubs and the other in Grizzlies, their seasons must overlap at some point. Since they may not start at the same time, you should use the promo code when you enroll the second child in the later season. Feel free to email or call415.368.5368 if you have any questions. Offer valid for Grizzlies players only. 

How does your Refer-a-Friend program work?

We love referrals! When your friend registers for the season ask them to mention your name in the HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US question of the registration process. You’ll receive a $10 refund for every child you enroll. Refunds will be given after the first day of the season. Offer valid for Grizzlies players only. 

How does your Refer-a-Team program work?

We love referrals! When your team registers for the season ask them to mention your name in the HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US question of the registration process. You’ll receive a $60 refund for every team you enroll. Refunds will be given after the first day of the season. 

Do you sell gift certificates?

Gift certificates are a wonderful idea for your loved ones and friends. We sell them in a range of denominations from $30-$200. The gift card can be emailed to you or directly to the recipient.

League FAQs

What happens if it rains?

If a game has to be cancelled due to a rain out, there will be an email blast to all parents. We will also post a notice on our Facebook page and in the NEWS section of SFFSoccerJuniors.com. If you have not received notification that a game is canceled one hour before start time, then games are on. You can also call us at 415.368.5368. We will offer one replacement game – weather permitting.

What time of the day are games?

Games will be played Saturdays at 10:15am, 11:15am or 12:15pm (depending on the total number of teams for that season).

When will the full schedule be available?

The full schedule will be available 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the season once all teams are assessed.

Will there be practice sessions?

No, we will not have practices during the season.  Each season will be followed by a 9-week Soccer Skills Class – a conditioning program that will be aimed at improving game play and soccer ability.

What is the maximum number of players that you can have on a team?

6 players on a team; 4 players from each team on the field at any one time.

Do we need to purchase uniforms? What equipment will my child need?

We recommend comfortable athletic attire, soccer shoes or sneakers, and shin guards.  SFF Soccer Juniors gear packages, which includes shorts, socks and shin guards are available for $35. Our gear package is optional, but shin guards are mandatory per league rules.

SFF Soccer Juniors players will receive a team t-shirt included in their registration.

Outside teams must provide their own shirts.

If we are entering an outside team into the league is there the option for practice sessions?

Yes, the field is available for practice rental Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm for $25 per 1 hour session. Email info@sffsoccerjuniors.com for availability and more info.
